Out of curiousity, could you tell us more about the sound effects you used? Did you make them/get them from a specific site?
It's a mix of both! Other than a few sounds (the sermon playing on the tv, raspy breathing, and a bell ringing) that were sourced from youTube, the rest were all made by my myself using Magical 8bitplug.
This was honestly such an experience and I really hope to see more games from you sometime because this was phenomenal. The atmosphere, the music and sound, how you make it sound like she's BREATHING, and I love the writing very much! Thank you for gracing me with this game ;;u;;
Despite this being a short visual novel, the story premise grabbed my attention and thought the Angel's character design was done well and the music matched the atmosphere. The ending of the story was a decent twist which I was not expecting at all. I made a playthrough of this game. Thank you for creating this one.
okay game. good artstyle and good music, but the writing is a bit verbose and pretentious, and i found the initial premise (helping a lost angel go back to Heaven) much more interesting than the twist (the protagonist is unwell and is burning his wife's body)
i'd like to sincerely confess my love to you for making this game. this has genuinely become one of my favorite games of all time. i'm absolutely enamoured with everything about it. i've played it so many times, i've showed it to so many of my friends, i've even recommended it to my writing class, i literally CANTT get it out of my head and i'm so grateful for it. it's totally inspired me as a writer in a way almost no other game has. your prose is SO beautiful and the aesthetic is perfect and it's truly such an enchanting, lovely game with such an unique, interesting premise and you've executed it so perfectly and just WOW. i really don't know what else to say but that i love it and i love you for making it. i'll definitely continue supporting you in the future!!!!!!!
This is it, this visual novel is the real good stuff, the perfect length, a good mystery wrapped in superb writing, good and unique graphics that manage to be just a bit unsettling. a cute girl, sad stuff and honest to god one of the most amazing OST's I have ever listened to on an indie game.
Very haunting narrative experience. I really loved the consistency with the art style and sound design, despite being crunchy and lower-bit, I found myself terrified at some parts. I think you did a great job portraying this horror and leaving these questions as to the interpretation, because I feel like their could be several at the end of the day.
I also just loved the art in general, such an interesting style. Good job!
This is peak... Best horror visual novel I have ever played. You did great on every single aspect of the game... Graphics, sounds, ambiance... The little pauses really helped a lot in the tension as well. You got a smile from me for that transition in the beginning and ending, not gonna lie. xD

This game accomplished setting such a good tense feeling so quickly, I was immediately immersed (I'm glad I took the time to put on my headphones) and the UI design is really cool!

Your writing and descriptions are so alive, it's been a while since a game completely drowned me in its world like this (and the sound design? Incredibly well done, I got so creeped out lol. Me and the protagonist were one during the most tense moments.)
